Yet another API inquiry

I am attempting to implement the same functionality as Windows Explorer where the icon associated with a file extension is displayed on the ListView panel (this is based on its registry setting). I have no problem extracting the values needed from the registry however, most DefaultIcon values are pointing to DLLs where an extry may look like this:

c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vfp98\vfp6.exe,-102


Is there any way to retrieve the icon from that DLL so that I can then attach it to an ImageList control?
