How can I get VFP5.0 to recognize an OLE application (HAPI\HyperAccess)?

I have tried the basics according the HyperAccess manual:
haScript = CreateObject("HAWIN32")
haScript.Initialize("VFP")

The following error:
OLE error 0x?????????: Unknown
