I guess I was just a little disappointed in the VFP report writer. All I wanted to do is something very simple. cut straight text from a text file into
the report writer. the text document was approximately twenty lines so I
copied to clipboard and tried to paste it in the VFP report writer. This
didn't work, but it would except two lines of text at a time. This was
just a quick report I had to get out with a few text fields added to
send a few hundred reports(letters). My question is why doesn't the VFP
report writer allow pasting more than a couple of lines of text into the details band of the report?

This wasn't a big problem and I probably won't need to do this again, but
it seems that something so basic should be able to be done more productively.

Anyway, if you know how to do this, I would still like to hear from you!
