IAC you should be able to use WNetGetConnection (and GetLastError) API calls to check if a remote connection is not connected

Basically what I have is an app that uses UNC and sometimes the user is not logged into the Novell server when they attempt to run my app, so for now the app informs them that a resource that is needed cannot be reached and to ensure that they are logged into the Server, what I would like is to detect the resource is not there and bring up a log in screen for them to log into the server so I can you the resources I need.
