You know your customers (or target customers) better that I do
for your average user an OCX or some similar mechanism should be enough
The only thing you should bare in mind is that if someone really wants to break your protection they will (or will find someone who will do it for them)

Many times it is enough just to priont the customer name on every report and screen and have that compiled into the application again everything depends on the specific details of the situation
