I'm not seeing this and haven't had anyone else report it. "Menu Manager Inconsistency Error" means memory is hosed. Are you seeing it in anything but SDT? If not, I suspect it's an ActiveX control issue -- the SDT Database Explorer uses a TreeView version 5, ImageList version 5, and CommonDialogs version 5. Perhaps try reinstalling these controls, or even reinstalling VFP (I've heard of other folks who had similar weird problems that went away after reinstalling VFP).
