I have a need to take an ascii flat file, upsize to the server, parse this file into a visual table, and make the file available to all users of the app. Using SQL as a backend. I believe I need two things but I am not sure. 1. I will need SQL code to create a table and 2 I will need a DTS package to perform the parsing. If I am on the right track here please let me know, if I am NOT let me know that as well. If there are any examples of this process out there I would appreciate the cut and dried version.
