We are trying to use the Videosoft Vsflexgrid Pro 6.0 activex grid control in VFP6. We need to be able to use the merge cell feature to make the grid look better and not show repeated column items. I am not having much luck in binding data to the grid.

I tried using an ADO recordset populated from a table via Ken Levy's dbf2rs program but can't set the recordsource of the grid. I get an OLE error about the member not being valid (refering to the recordsource property, I guess).

The I tried using an array to take the info from the table via select * from table into array ..., but the .bindtoarray method doesn't seem to work or if it does, I can't see the data.

Any ideas??

I'd use the native VFP grid, if I could do multiline headers and merge columns (and cleanup the grid lines, etc).
