Take a Look at the classifieds in the New York Times on the Web
Select programmer and add the key word foxpro - 10 ads appear.
Do the same but change the key word to Visual Basic - 54 ads appear for this week alone. Nuff said!

There were 16 Foxpro hits for 144 Visual Basic today, but how many fulltime consulting contracts can you and I work at a time? :) The point I was trying to make was rates for Foxpro are about 30%-50% higher than for Visual Basic (realrates.com).

A programmer bills the city of Chicago for doing 25 hours work in one day, but they pay him for only eight when they learn he's dead. :)
