What's wrong with "Find a Web person to do it."???

Better I should try delivering some "solution" which I really don't understand? That could well cost the client more money (my 'learning', well disguised, of course) and later money because it doesn't really do thing the correct way and so needs the attention of a "real" Web person now.

Proficieny in multiple languages is the purview of the few, not the masses.
