You will be the programmer and the analyst. Nobody hands you a program spec to follow. Each programmer has complete control over the programs he/she works on. We pretty much stay with a generic windows look on our apps.

We have just started doing our internet conversions about 7 months ago.(I am suppose to be developing one now, but everytime I launch Internet Explorer it seems I end up at UniversalThread) We are all still learning about the internet and all of the technologies involved.

There is alot of room for creativity on the internet apps. The more creative, the better. We have a graphics department that designs the look of the consumer sites, but when it comes to the local intranet, the developer does the initial design. No overtime.
