Check your controlsource data - you may have a typo causing problems. You might try copying the working list box and updating each property with the second list box' properties to see if you can find the problem that way.

For your second question, could you be more specific about your problems? Are you having trouble when 2 or more users try to open the program at the same time? What kind of network are you using? Were the runtime files installed on each workstation?
