Hi John,
I don't know about activex, but some cameras like the Kodak
series give you for free a set of libraries, (DLLs), that you
can use with the it. I have used the ones that comes with
the Kodak DC-50 and so far it has been working withou trouble,
this libraries could be use not only with Kodak cameras, but
with any digital camera that complies whith the "standard".
Check the kodak web site, they sent me a cd-rom, but I think you
can download the libraries from there..
