Hi,

I am new to the board but have been programming with Fox since it was FoxBase.

I have an interesting problem that someone here may have run into:

Both VFP 3.0b and VFP 6.0 hang at random times while building a project. The hang usually occurs when the therm bar "Analyzing .pjt". The only way out is Ctrl-Alt-Del until reboot.

This happens on many different projects. Only rarely does it happen early in a VFP Session - usually after a while.

Tried to date:

1. Suspecting a corrupt memo file, I have cleaned up the project, copied the project to a new table and renamed the new table to a project, packed, packed memo, etc. I short I have done just about anything to make sure the project file(s) are OK.

2) Thinking maybe a memory problem, I have reset the foreground memory useage to half of what is on my machine (48Mb). No luck.

The really weird thing is that this only happens on my office machine (P90 w/48Mb) and not my home machine (P II 266 w/64Mb)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
