I assume this is a system written in FoxPro DOS 2.6. I had some problems with SHARE.EXE in the past. I remember having to set some switches for my problem to go away. Also, are U using a CONFIG.FP file. What are your PATHs setup for. Do all of the directories exist. Check the PATH in the AUTOEXEC.BAT. Do you have another Version of FP on the PC. Try typing PATH C:\your apps location Then try to run you EXE. Are U using any third party tools? Well htwh... Steve
