Thanks again for your reply. To answer your question, I get the error message (#111) each time I attempt to create a form with the form wizard, regardless of which form or table. It happens everytime.

I found out that error message #111 says the following:

" You have attempted to write to a file that was created or accessed for read only purposes".

I wasn't aware that I did anything special when i created my application. I just followed the steps provided in my FoxPro books to create an application. I don't remember specifying anything as read only.

Thanks for your help. I will try to do some reading and figure out where I went wrong. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
