As Craig said, the best solution is to buy a CD ROM. They are getting pretty cheap (well, the 2X ones are anyway)....
If memory serves me, I was able to get the 4.0 floppies for free by mailing in a form that came with the software. I don't know about later version(s) though.
Sometimes, the setup stuff is stored as .CAB files which usually fit onto floppies as well....
