To answere your question, I am not working on a network. I am just working on my home desktop. I posted another note on UT and received some excellent feedback from two developers. First, I am going to check to see if my PROPERTIES of my file in Windows Explorer are set to read only. If so, I will uncheck the box.

If that isn't the problem, another developer sent a nice piece of code to tackle the problem. I will not be able to test this out until I get home tonight and can jump on my computer. My work computer doesn't have my application on it!
