think this is changed in VFP 6.0, but I can't find any document that specifies this. In VFP 6.0, you get the full source code to the wizards.

You're correct. You can distribute any of the following Wizards (see redist.txt file):
WZGRAPH - Graph Wizard
WZIMPORT - Import Wizard
WZPIVOT - PivotTable and CrossTab Wizards
WZMAIL - Mail Merge Wizard
WZQUERY - Query and View Wizards
WZREPORT - Report and Label Wizards
Wizards not listed in REDIST.TXT cannot be redistributed. Can you send me email where you read that Wizards could not be redistributed and we will fix this documentation oversight for next version. Thanks.
