Hi,

I am using NT4 workstation, connected to my shared printer
HP IIIP on Novell environment.

On startup in the morning, i can view the printer setting without
any problem. However, when the printer had problem like paper
jam or other, it will print out 'rubbish' unreadable contents.
Next, I can't view the printer properties at all as it reported
of 'trying to access printer, .....' error message. I had this problem
even if I had install a new driver from HP.

What is wrong, please advise as I often had to print lots
of paper.
