>Thank u all the guys & your valuable info., I did sort out the problem was that the combo box need to requery each time the record move, and now I solve the problem by replace the combo box with text box although it is less flexible for users but it worth it.

Rather than using a filter, you might try doing a SQL Select to grab the subset of records that you want, and then report against the result of the SQL Select rather than the filtered table.
When you say that the report is slow, are you printing to a local printer or a shared printer?
