Just out of curiosity, :-) my understanding is that VFP, VB, etc. are written in VC++. If that be so, what is VC++ written in, the previous VC++, or another C++ compiler? And for a given version of VFP/VB, say Visual Studio 6, what version of VC++ are they written in, VC++5? And how do "features" in VC++ propagate down to VFP/VB? Not that any of this actually matters ... but I am curious. :-)

Thanks,
Bill
