Thanks for the plug! I do it for a few reasons:
- I personally hesitate to buy add-ons unless source code is available: I've modified or improved the behavior of other vendor's add-ons often enough that I realize how important it is.
- It allows me to release incremental patches pretty easily -- just send someone a new VCX or SCX and they can rebuild the app.
- You wouldn't believe how many people make suggestions for new features and send the code to implement them!
