I really don't think we're that far apart on most of it and well apart on a bit of it. I guess that's what makes life interesting.

I normally hate the "online style" documentation with a passion. However, they seem to have accomplished the impossible with what was delivered with this book!

I actually find it a pleasure to use. I haver got to believe that a large part of the reason for this is because of the care the authors took in assembling it and in exploiting the capabilities of the engine.

If the MS documentation could be delivered in such a manner then the only remaining problem would be the content.
