I put two textboxes in a form one at 50 top and one at 200 top. The fomr's height is 130. I turn on vertical scrollbars and run the fomr. When I use the scroll bar to scroll down the top textbox scrolls out of sight and the bottom comes into sight. Scrolling up does the reverse.
