Hi,
I am developing an application (Read Assistant) for my school project. My application should read out the content of word documents and e-mail messages. Since the options or controls assigned for each of them are not the same, So I have difficulty to join them in a form.
The controls allowed for each are as the following:
E-mail - play,stop,pause/resume, reply, forward, edit, delete e-mail, volumn control, exit and help
Word documents - Open file, play,stop,pause/resume, setting list of files to be read,volumn control, exit and help
Currently, I have designed my screen (form) which has a series of toolbar's button. All the controls above added in this toolbar. A grid which displayed the messages details in inbox. Then, when want to read word doc, some controls may be disabled. I found it very difficult to control and not so user friendly.
Do you have any ideas??
