I have read the laast couple of threads open your table in the load method, Being new to oop and vp60 this sound like a good approach. I have been in foxpro since 87 and we always open our tables and setup the relationships. In my appliaction in vp60 I have all classes and views and I don't have any drive letter coded anywhere and my next step was to in main prg is to have a free table if empty popup and ask question where they loaded the data,etc do you see a performance or path problem here.
