Ya, I provide the features of using shortcut key to access those functions. My concerns are about the layout of the form. Currently, I put all the buttons(e-mail and word document) in same page of form and try to disable and enabled the relevant buttons to control those functions
Since, I provide a grid to show the existing e-mail in Inbox buut not word document, so the layout may a bit of confusing...
