There are a number of solutions available; I'd recommend using eityher an NTSC video output to a large screen televidion or some sort of video splitter. The NTSCoutput option is relatively inexpensive; in fact, a number of video cards can output to a montior and to standard TV out at the same time (one example is the ATI All In Wonder Pro; another is the Matrox G200 with the TV option.)

There are a number of companies that offer projectors or LCD adapters for overhead projectors; none of the good units are what I'd consider inexpensive. The one I've used in the past runs ~$7K-9K list (the NEC LT100). You might try Web sites for ViewSonic, NEC and Sony, who are all major players in the LCD display marketplace to see what's available; NEC has a wide range of presentation products (http://www.nectech.com/presentationproducts/index.htm); Viewsonic in particular advertised a relatively inexpensive unit (try http://www.viewsonic.com/PROD/PROJ.HTM for specs, but no pricing) that was capable of XGA (1024x768) resolution. Many of the companies that specialize in video projection advertise in magazines like PC World and PC Week, so I'd go there to find vendors; if you make it clear to their (usually extremely agressive) sales force that you aren't interested in spending thousands of dollars, they can probably point you towards less expensive products than the projectors that they advertise.
