Try directly emailing Randy Brown from MS....you can look him up here on the UT (he's a member)....he's been aggresively tracking this C0000005 error for a while and I'm sure would love to hear from you. Also, the C0000005 error appears to be linked somehow to DCOM95/98.....I don't know much more than that.
