Don't think you can. The best you can do is set it up the way you want, quit VFP, then, when you come back, the command window should be where you left it. To see this for yourself, I did the following:

Set Resource Off
Use Foxuser
zap
quit

Then I launched VFP again, resized and moved the command window. Quit. Relaunch VFP. USE FOXUSER AGAIN, then browse the table. The information about the command window is not accessible.
