There is no conflict here, just set BoundTo=.T. and BoundColumn to Id field.

My RowSource has two fields, one that I display in the dropdown, the other is the ID field, which is numeric and which I *think* I want to bind the combo to. However, I'm slowly getting lost in conflicting information here. I guess someone is going to have to spoon-feed this to me <g>
