According to Tamar's article found on the Advisor web site, the lawsuit docs are on the FPA resource CD that comes with the magazine if you subscribe to that option. It also references an additional review presumably on the CD as well. I do not know what is in the actual FPA magazine article because I have not received my issue (with CD) yet.

From what I have heard (and know about FP and VFP), this is a frivolous suit. Any FP/VFP developer worth 2¢ knows how to handle 4 digit years in their apps. To me, it is neglect on the developer for improper coding in this situation.
