There might be some conflicts in having the column3 controlsource and column3's combobox controlsource set to two different things. Also, the cursor curGridPeople, is this getting populated with SQL or with CREATE CURSOR? If you're creating the cursor and then scanning through your table, you would be putting your record pointer at the end of the table. But if you're using SQL, you should be OK.
