>We have a client that wants to upgrade his PC's from Win 3.1 on a Netware network to Win NT Workstation peer-to-peer network. He is running SBT Pro 3.0 right now, which is a Foxw 2.6 application, but the network is unstable and must be replaced soon. He can only afford a hardware upgrade right now, and the upgrade to VFP will come later.

I can't speek to the printing problems but I have a 2.6 app running on a NT4 workstation that has been doing a pack and reindex on a 3.6 million record table every night for the past year without a hitch. The machine is a 233MHZ pentinum with 64MB, it was originally on NT SP3 and is now using SP4. It also is used as a workstation, internet proxy server, mail server and time server and typically goes 30 days or more between reboots, heavy and reliable enough ?
