Interesting point, but I don't really agree that a indexing is similar (philosophically speaking :) to packing. But, then, I can see it's a matter of interpretation.

>It's not necessarily philosophical :). For example, you may index a cursor and it's usually has physical TMP presense. I guess it's just some MS devt omission :). That's another story that SET DELETED ON is enough to clear up the problem.
