Hi all,

I finally talked my employer into allowing me to upgrade the software we using around here. We're currently using FPD 2.5, and I want to make the move to VFP 6.0. This leads me to ask two questions:

1) Can anyone suggest the best way to go about receiving training? I'm not sure I would get enough by sitting through a seminar, and would probably benefit more from a tutorial CD or a set of videos. Any suggestions?

2) For my own marketability, I'd like to learn another language. I was considering Visual Basic or Visual C/C++. Can someone reccomend the language that seems to be the most in demand? If I'm going to do this, I want to give myself the best chance of furthering my career.
