Yes I am committing a sin and using Browse windows. Maybe after the Y2K scare, they will let us update the code.

Anyway, my BROWSE windows will keep the partitions, but not the window size. If I "browse preference 'keepit'", in the command window, everything is ok. When i put that exact statement in my code, the window size is not kept, but the partitions are. And keepit is a row in my foxuser table.

I am using a toplevelform, not the VFP _screen. I am also using VFP 6.0, but getting the same results in 5.0.

Any Ideas - Brenda
