>Hi Kevin,

I have the Instant UML isbn # 1-861000-87-1
It's a good book for getting the UML concept down. This one was 34.95 in a book store. It has lots of pictures and text to accompany them. Overall a 4 out of 5. The whole UML is very acadamic in nature and doesn't read well.
The UML Distilled is pretty good too. both are on the same level, UML 3001 {college course title}.
