Hi John -----
That 10-30 people may attend a Tech Ed VFP session is true, but it's gotten to that point because of the lack of inclusion. So it's a "cart before the horse" sort of thing. Also, here's my argument on this topic on logical merits:
1) I'm a VFP developer and I want to write middle-tier data services components to interface with a VB app that I also may be called on to write....where do I get my training?
2) I'm a VB developer who has heard something about VFP as a middle-tier and would like to know more...where do I get my training?
3) I'm a systems architect who has to keep on top of the entire VS suite to be able to design the best solutions and some solutions may involve VFP....where do I get my training?
There are 5-600,000 of us by MS estimate. I think that probably exceeds the number of VInterdev and VJ++ developers and they're certainly well represented at Tech Ed.
