We are running 6 servers which normally hit local tables. We use one of the servers to serve up one table for all the others. It stores user information.

On occasion we get the 1705 error message.

Based on an NT network configuration is there a maximum number of connections that can be made to a table (i.e.; USE table SHARED)???

I have checked all the code and all USEs of the tables are done with SHARED. Anything else that might cause this error?

Any ideas???
