You don't want an ALL black .msk graphic - it should be black only over your .bmp image.

>Whenever a command button is disabled my icon turns into a dark grey square. I tried adding an all black .msk file with the same bmp name and I also tried putting the same bmp in the disable picture but all I get is a grey box.
