I disagree that this would be useful. There is a magazine here in the US called Visual Programmer, that, IMO, is not useful. It is trying to be too many things to too many people and ends up not serving anyone. Imagine a magazine that caters to Delphi, VB, PowerBuilder, Access, and a few other languages. Mix everything together, and you get something that isn't very useful.
