is this the syntax

ox = CREATEOBJECTex("{F9D62F00-D2DB-11D2-B8E3-00A024AF3DFF}","128.100.16.3")
{F9D62F00-D2DB-11D2-B8E3-00A024AF3DFF} = the classid from the oleserver
"128.100.16.3" <-the ip number of the server
