Why are these disadvantages? It is still very possible and feasible w/i a DBC. And reindexing and packing need to be thought out carefully in any multiuser application. Indeed, isn't Stonefield a good tool for both free and dbc tables? (I truly don't know--it's on my to-be-purchased list :)
