I work for the governemetn and have not been able to get documentation for help in Foxpro. I need to do three things:

convert my word spreadsheet to a FoxPro Format and import it to start a database operation

Next I need to know how to start a Foxpro database, a simple one , just like eleven fields supporting 2500 items down and with pictures for my homepage

The last thing I need to do is figure out how to get rid up duplicates when importing files.
