All of the report properties are stored in a table - MyReport.FRX/FRT. Open a simple report with "USE MyReport.FRX" and look at how the information is stored.

Printer information can be changed by going to the first record and deleting TAG and TAG2 data. Then open the EXPR field and make the changes you want.

Changes on column width, etc. are more difficult. Review the various fields to see how it is stored.
