I've submitted an updated CLSHEAP; there are a few new conversion functions and some changes to the internal comments.

I've also submitted a new file NETRSC.ZIP; this class implements the NETRESOURCE structure, both constructing one from a set of member properties, and parsing/deconstructing one returned from something like WNetEnumResource(). It demonstrates some of the functions associated with CLSHEAP, and demonstrates how to perform simple allocation.
