I'm basing this on the number of Help wanted ads in the New York Times. I've been tracking this for a while. In the market where I live, the number of ads has steadily decreased over the last two years, whereas the demand for VB has steadily increased. This tells me that Client-server development is steadily increasing and VFP is not a player in this arena.

If I'm wrong, I'm glad. I love VFP, but it is not being developed for n-tier applications, so it will remain the bastard child of Bill Gate's pernicious loins. (Disgusting!)
