Not really. Until recently, M$'s marketing of VFP, and FoxPro before it, was slim to none. So as well as offering the sessions, M$ needs to market/promote the incentive as to why these sessions would be beneficial to attend or else why would anyone attend.

VFP sessions at TechEd should be focused on non-VFP developers, now more than ever. Because the past is the past but today and the future (according to M$) is n-tier and distributed development. Maybe they should put their marketing and money where their mouth is.
